What this build already models

  • Public scoreboard at a share-token URL with every golfer on each team visible by default.
  • Admin-only workflow for tournaments, participants, picks, sync health, and manual overrides.
  • Pure scoring engine that dynamically recalculates the configured counting golfers from each roster.
  • Provider adapter layer for delayed live golf feeds such as SportsDataIO.
  • Supabase migration and edge-function scaffold for moving from demo data to live storage.

Operational posture

Public viewers never need to sign in. Admin routes are reserved for a commissioner account.

The sync path keeps provider credentials server-side and exposes stale-feed state in the UI.

Manual override tools are part of the core admin flow so the pool can survive a feed hiccup.
